Lisa has been a part of birth preparation for hundreds of couples and she continues to be a sought after resource. Some wish for a natural birth, others an epidural or drugs. Whatever your birth plan may be, Lisa brings a non-shaming and non-judgemental approach to your learning. She is a member of APPAH (Association for Prenatal & Perinatal Psychology & Health) and has been most influenced by Ina May Gaskin who wrote Spiritual Midwifery, and Gail Tully, (www.spinningbabies.com ). A doula workshop with Gail, a workshop with Ina May, and coupled with Lisa's prenatal yoga training and own experience with birthing her 2 sons, allows couples to receive a comprehensive approach to birthing.
Lisa is available to see couples privately during their pregnancy or in a small group format.

This form is for Mindful Beginnings® private yoga/pilates clients, doula clients and birth workshop clients. Alive and Well and Lyfe Yoga Center have their own registration forms for those that wish to take a prenatal class with Lisa Pedersen in either of those locations.
