I very much looked forward to the positive, nurturing atmosphere Lisa creates in her classes each week. The yoga postures I learned helped me stay comfortable and feeling good during my pregnancy and were extremely helpful during labor. I learned from her classes how to maintain focus and stay in a good frame of mind in preparation for the birth of my son.
